Work doesn’t have to feel so EXHAUSTING.

It’s easy to think this is “just how work is.”

It isn’t.

The Making Work Work Course shows you how to take back control of your experience at work, whether you’re leading a team or showing up as part of one.

Shola Richards - Making Work Work

You’ll walk away with:

  • Real strategies to shut down negativity before it spreads.
  • Simple tools to protect your energy and keep your head clear under pressure.
  • A proven way to navigate difficult people without losing your patience (or yourself).
  • A leadership model anyone can use… because leadership isn’t about a title, it’s about influence.

Imagine the shift

  • You wake up on Monday without that knot in your stomach.
  • You walk into a meeting knowing how to hold your boundaries.
  • You see your team laughing more, producing more, and staying longer because they actually want to be there.

That’s what happens when you finally have the tools to make work, well… work.

All the tools you need to handle the tough stuff, bring out the best in people, and make work worth showing up for.

Hi

I’m Shola

Some people call me a “kindness extremist”—which, let’s be honest, sounds like the world’s least intimidating superhero. [Heroic voice] “I’m here to… hold doors open and say please and thank you!”

But you know what? If being an extremist about treating people like human beings is controversial, then maybe the problem isn’t with the extremists. Maybe the problem is with the people who think cruelty is strength, who think kindness is weakness, and who think caring about other people is somehow… weird.

I’ve testified before Congress on bringing civility to Capitol Hill and shared this message across three continents—from TEDx stages to Silicon Valley boardrooms to leading healthcare organizations around the world.

As the CEO and Founder of Go Together Global® and best-selling author of three books—Making Work Work, Go Together, and Civil Unity—I’m building a worldwide movement around a simple reminder:

Caring about humans isn't extreme. It's the baseline.

Energetic, positive, engaging, inspirational, and uplifting are the words I use to describe Shola. His authenticity and important message are more valuable than I’m able to describe. If your organization needs assistance with positive change and collaboration, I know Shola can ignite the flame to get you going!
